I really want to do some kind of creamery because I work in a dairy department and I cut and wrap a lot of cheese. And I went to the Cabot Cheese factory a million times because we had land in that town in Vermont. I think it would be really fun to have something turning in a giant container, and then have it turn into brie since it's my favorite to cut, and then have something slide it down, cut it, and then slide it down for wrapping. So that's my idea, and I now have a bunch of ideas for how it will look because I took that too=ur five hundred times, but I can't remember all of it so I'm going to make it my own.
